in memory of our awesome taiwan trip yuki, relina, henrik and i headed to din tai fung today, a restaurant famous for their xiao long bao (shanghai-style dumplings).din tai fung first openend in taipei in 1958, and we liked it so much when we were there that we simply had to try their hong kong branch as well.
we were not disappointed. the xiao long bao were delicious, as were the beef noodles, prawn shao mai and veggies we ordered along with them. very happy pandas!
